What's waiting for you: a stay at Tirohana Estate vineyard a quiet vineyard retreat, a proper wine tasting on arrival, two fine dining dinners on site, and facilitated sessions that aren't all spreadsheets and strategy. Some are. Some are wellbeing. Some are just good conversation with people who get exactly what you're carrying.

Because here's the thing. The vineyard is nice. The dinners are nicer. But what you're actually paying for is two days where the only thing on your to-do list is you.

• A welcome wine tasting.  Not a wine fan?  I have you covered too!
• Two fine dining dinners, on site, no driving required.
• Facilitated business sessions, including a small business panel: three people doing the thing, growing and riding their own waves.
• A real nutrition session with Sarah Percy from Eat Nutrition, nutritionist and women's health advocate. Workshop, then lunch.
• An afternoon building something enormous with your hands: a giant flower, made alongside Bec's from Ventana Art. Your brain could use the break.
• Actual downtime. Bring a book. Go for a walk. Nothing here is overprogrammed.
